OK, so here’s what happened…
I first saw an ad for Bone Thugs N Harmony in the July ’94 issue of The Source. Didn’t think much of it, because I figured that just like every other act Eazy-E was putting out around that time, they sucked and would be nonexistent by the next year. Ruthless Records was a quickly sinking ship by then, and was mostly leaning on Eazy’s own sinking popularity. Therefore, to me, this group here was likely nothing to get amped about.
